Our experience in painting sector plan and surfaces coating, has been established in 1995, anticorrosive aircraft treatments sector.

The research of activity more and more specialized and qualified comes out with training of technical and oeprational personnel with skilled technicals support by Agusta s.p.a (leading company in helicopter construction) and subsequently recognition by Agusta Company as qualified supplier represent our first targ achieved.

We operate on the plant of Agusta of Brindisi in force of a two years contract renewable with the complete management of the painting hangar included ordinary extraordinary maintenance activities.

 

 





In the same ways we operate at the plant in Agusta of Vergiate (VA)






We execute our activities at the Officine Aeronavali plant (Alenia Group) in Brindisi, in accordance with a specific agreement concerning painting and painting removing activities on the C 130 Hercules Aircraft.

 







We operate also with Officine Aeronavali plant of Venice since 1997, and at present we operate according to specific agreement on the ATL/1 Military Aircraft.

Main painting processes executed on Aircraft:


. painting removing on disassembly parts and/or complete aicraft with ecological chemical products;
 . surface preparation by manual and mechanical sanding;

. chemical convertion processes of aluminium with Alodine 1200;

. sealing of disassembly parts, complete aircraft and/or assembly in accordance to manufacture specifications (Boeing, Agusta, Airbus, etc.) and/or of the client;

. internl and external painting of complete aircraft, disassembly and assembly in accordance to manufacturer specifications (Boeing , Agusta, Airbus, etc.) and/or of the specific client;

. marking and livery realization in accordance to lay-out and specifications of the purchasers;

. application coatings of aerials with antistatic and antierosion property (Marconi).
